These terms apply when you buy from Scents Bureau, an independent UK retailer of niche and designer fragrance. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Products
Every bottle sold is authentic, sealed and inspected before dispatch. We do not stock testers, decants or unsealed stock. Colour and packaging shown online is representative; manufacturers occasionally revise batch codes and box artwork.
Orders and pricing
- Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- An order is accepted only when we send a dispatch confirmation.
- We may cancel an order and refund in full if a product is mispriced, out of stock or unavailable.
- Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout via our payment processors. Card details are handled by them, never stored by us. You must be authorised to use the payment method you provide.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery times, carriers and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your rights to return items and receive a refund are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Age restriction
Fragrance contains alcohol and is not intended for children. You must be 16 or older to place an order.
Our liability
We take care to describe each product accurately, but fragrance is personal — scent preference and skin chemistry are not grounds for a fault claim. To the fullest extent permitted by law our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Intellectual property
Photography, copy, brand names and design on this site are the property of Scents Bureau or the respective rights holders and may not be reused without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order is the one that applies.
